Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct user research, map user journeys, and design flows.
• Create pixel-perfect interfaces that align with Kolsquare’s brand identity.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and validate ideas.
• Contribute to and evolve Kolsquare’s design system for consistency and rapid iteration.
• Facilitate design workshops and present concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, with deep expertise in both UX and UI.
• Strong ability to turn insights into actionable designs.
• Understanding of the Creator Economy and familiarity with influencer marketing or martech is a strong plus.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company, marketplace, CRM, or similar environment.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern collaboration platforms.
• Ability to leverage AI to accelerate research and prototyping.
• Passion for understanding users and translating their needs into high-impact solutions.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
