Role Overview

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels.
• Generate and convert sales leads through proactive outreach.
• Provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and loyalty.
• Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities in every interaction.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across operations, marketing, and customer service.

• Strong communication skills and commercial instinct.
• Empathy to help customers access life-enhancing telecare solutions.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Tech-savvy, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Confident handling inbound and outbound enquiries.
• Eager to learn and grow, especially regarding C365 products.
