Reporting to our Global Chief Solutions Officer and US Managing Director, and partnering closely with our Global ECD, VP of Creative and VP of AI Studios, you’ll lead the evolution of the Jellyfish Creative US capability and help shape how we engage and grow relationships with our global clients.
You’ll oversee the end-to-end creative service delivery model across the US capability — partnering with client leadership to drive client satisfaction, commercial growth and operational excellence across creative, content and production output powered by technology and AI.
Working across all US offices you’ll support the growth and development of high-performing teams through hiring, onboarding, training and evolving scalable ways of working that enable world-class creative delivery at scale.
You’ll act as a connective force across Integrated Producers (Creative PMs), Creatives, Content Creators and Production specialists, bringing deep expertise in how to scale creative operations without compromising craft.
Partnering closely with our Global ECD and VP of AI Studios US, you’ll help define the strategic direction of the capability — establishing modern, nimble ways of working that unlock innovation, accelerate delivery and create the conditions for award-winning creativity to thrive.
You’ll foster an environment where teams are empowered to focus on ideas, innovation and strategic thinking, while ensuring operational excellence, commercial rigour and seamless execution across every stage of delivery.
Requirements
10+ years of marketing operations (and or staffing model) experience in an Agency or Client environment
Knowledge and Background to inform on the best-in-class creative operations and staffing models
Experience with global clients and business, and working across onshore and offshore teams
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
Working knowledge of how agencies function and how decisions are made.
Understanding of the agency campaign process, from planning and creative through to production and localization.
Working knowledge and passion for marketing technologies including knowledge of the implementation of AI platforms
Understanding of fiscal accountability, including budget management, scope management, forecasting, negotiations, resourcing, and reconciliation.
Ability to solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, energetic, proactive, independent, and responsive to feedback.
Ability to assess existing processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
Effective business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
Understands clients challenges within a larger business context and is able to engage them on issues and opportunities well outside the current scope
An exceptional communicator, able to move a crowd as well as produce compelling written proposals and presentations.
Highly experienced in the delivery of global marketing communications
The individual will have experience navigating a matrixed organization and can work to bring scale and excellence.
Ability to work across global time zones. Global travel is required.
