Propose, own, and define key strategic GDN initiatives and programs with minimal guidance from framing through delivery
Proactively identify areas of opportunity, assess their value, and build comprehensive execution plans with clear success criteria
Define measurable success criteria/KPIs and drive cross-functional achievement of the plans
Continuously evaluate our operational processes or information sharing and improve or replace them via AI-enabled workflows
Proactively identify and weave business, legal, regulatory, and operational considerations into GDN initiative plans
Partner with the Head of Network Operations and cross-functional leaders to craft and align on KPIs/multi-quarter strategy
Iterate on ROI framework for GDN investments to drive maximum KPI impact
Track market context and competitive dynamics to inform strategic direction
Maintain strong working relationships and earn trust across Account Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Ops, and Product teams
Communicate program status, strategy, timing, and risks clearly to all stakeholders
Synthesize complex decisions or opportunities requiring input into crisp, actionable narratives
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in product management, management consulting (top tier consulting firm only), product or business operations
Proven track record of independently owning and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
Strong analytical instincts: able to define success metrics, instrument programs for data-driven decision-making, and iterate based on results
Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enablement to operational or business processes
Exceptional communicator – able to persuade cross-functional leaders and executive stakeholders with clear, well-structured narratives
High EQ; skilled at building relationships internally and externally with partners, navigating competing priorities, and driving alignment without authority
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and external partners while operating through ambiguity with minimal guidance
Genuine curiosity for technology, digital assets, and how regulated financial infrastructure operates and scales
