About this role
Role Overview
Own the overall health and strategic direction of the business unit across multiple European markets
Provide full team leadership across markets and workstreams
Protect and manage P&L performance, ensuring margin control and financial accuracy
Enforce procurement governance and structured savings validation processes
Drive harmonisation and simplification across markets to improve efficiency and consistency
Lead high-level stakeholder engagement, building trusted senior relationships
Ensure proactive, insight-led reporting and performance management
Identify risk early and implement mitigation strategies
Align supply chain, commercial, and operational functions to deliver seamless retail activation
Champion governance integrity, compliance, and operational discipline
Requirements
8+ years’ experience within FMCG, retail activation, POSM, or marketing execution environments
Proven experience leading complex, multi-market accounts
Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong financial acumen
Strong commercial negotiation skills
Experience navigating complex procurement structures and governance models
Senior-level stakeholder management experience
Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
