Campaign ownership: You coordinate a variety of performance marketing channels and are responsible for monitoring performance metrics, reporting, and preparing analyses (e.g., Google Analytics).
Campaign optimization: You take a leading role in optimizing these campaigns.
Brand & Performance: With your in-depth knowledge of brand and performance marketing, you drive further brand building and effective reach growth through creative ideas and data-driven approaches.
Stakeholder management: You act as an interface to other departments and external service providers.
Requirements
Education: You have completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, media, or communication studies, e-commerce) or an equivalent qualification with success.
Experience: You have several years of experience in online marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Solid knowledge: You are passionate about data-driven processes and have excellent knowledge of various performance marketing channels.
Team leadership: You have successfully led a team before and can motivate them.
People skills: You possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Mindset: You have strong organizational skills, set clear priorities, and keep track of multiple tasks.
AI competence: You have a solid understanding of how generative AI—especially Claude—works and where it provides real value. Prompt engineering is not a buzzword for you but a tool you use deliberately and pass on to your team.
Language: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
