About this role
Role Overview
Strategic sparring partner for leaders.
Primary point of contact and sparring partner for the Business Unit leadership.
Enable leaders through coaching, consulting and targeted tools.
Development of HR strategies.
Design and implementation of group-wide HR projects.
Support change and cultural processes through consulting, facilitation and clear communication.
Advise on complex personnel matters across the entire employee lifecycle.
Ensure a clean handover of operational topics to the HR Operations team.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements within the Business Unit.
Support transformation and development processes.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Labor/Employment Law, Human Resources Management or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally as an HR Business Partner within a corporate environment.
Solid knowledge of individual labor/employment law.
Confident use of HR IT systems and MS Office; practical experience with Workday is a plus.
Clear role understanding as a strategic sparring partner for leaders.
Strong communication and advisory skills across all hierarchical levels.
Ability to lead laterally.
Confident, authentic presence and the ability to advise, challenge and inspire leaders.
High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and self-organization.
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking.
Empathy, integrity and a composed manner in interactions with leaders and employees.
Team player with enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.
