Role Overview
- Support for day-to-day HR operations and ongoing projects, e.g., in the areas of transformation, Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, etc.
- Assist with analyses, research and the preparation of results
- Prepare presentations, documentation and reports
- Support process and workflow optimization
- Contribute to innovative topics (e.g., digitalization, automation, AI-supported approaches)
Requirements
- Enrolled student (advanced bachelor’s or master’s program)
- Interest in business and/or technical topics — profile may vary depending on degree (technical, business, administrative, etc.)
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Confident user of MS Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
