People & Culture Assistant

Role Overview

• You’re the kind of person who can pull together a team event, prep a new hire’s first week, update an internal process, answer three culture inbox questions, and remember the birthday card nobody else thought about — all before your second coffee.
• You notice the little things.
• You spot the loose ends.
• You sense when someone needs extra support.
• You’ll help support onboarding admin, training coordination, values introductions, IT setup, company and product education, and internal SOPs so every new AlgaeBud feels prepared, confident, and excited to be here.
• You track deadlines. You remember follow-ups. You update the document. You close the loop.
• You maintain confidentiality and professionalism because you understand that trust is built through consistency and reliability.
