Map, review and standardize corporate processes, proposing improvements and defining performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor the application and compliance of the Lei do Bem (Brazilian tax incentives for innovation) within the company: support in identifying eligible projects, document control, internal audits and preparation of information for accounting/consulting.
Support project and PDSA teams in implementing methodologies (PDCA/PDSA), defining scope, schedules, metrics and progress reports.
Create and maintain templates, flowcharts, tracking sheets and dashboards for continuous monitoring.
Conduct training and alignment sessions for teams on processes, governance and Lei do Bem requirements.
Support risk analysis, internal controls and continuous improvement of innovation and development processes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, commercial/sales, finance) to ensure process integration with strategic objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Technology or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in corporate processes, project management or continuous improvement (mid-level).
Practical knowledge of the Lei do Bem (tax incentives for innovation) and experience operationalizing it will be an important differentiator.
Experience with PDSA/PDCA methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma or similar.
Skills in process mapping (BPMN or similar) and creating technical documentation.
Analytical capability, attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to work across multiple areas.
