The employee will be responsible for mapping quality processes in the IDP, supporting the organization and continuous improvement of user journeys.
Will facilitate alignment between management and product teams, ensuring integration of strategic requirements.
Will also incorporate development journeys into the IDP platform and conduct user research to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities include driving iterative improvements to information architecture and interface design to create more intuitive and efficient user experiences.
Figma and FigJam will be used to perform UX and UI activities.
The Mosaik CMS, the Microsoft 365 suite and the Business Map management tool will also be used.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in UX/UI design, able to operate in similar environments, understanding, defining and mapping processes and the people involved.
Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
Ability to identify needs and propose solutions for non-technical problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prior experience using research techniques.
Excellent research skills, with the ability to evaluate technologies and their impact on users.
Proficiency with tools such as Figma and Sketch for low
and high-fidelity wireframes.
Knowledge of research techniques (qualitative and quantitative).
Experience with SQL.
