UX/UI Analyst, Mid-level

Role Overview

• The employee will be responsible for mapping quality processes in the IDP, supporting the organization and continuous improvement of user journeys.
• Will facilitate alignment between management and product teams, ensuring integration of strategic requirements.
• Will also incorporate development journeys into the IDP platform and conduct user research to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
• Responsibilities include driving iterative improvements to information architecture and interface design to create more intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Figma and FigJam will be used to perform UX and UI activities.
• The Mosaik CMS, the Microsoft 365 suite and the Business Map management tool will also be used.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design, able to operate in similar environments, understanding, defining and mapping processes and the people involved.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to identify needs and propose solutions for non-technical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prior experience using research techniques.
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to evaluate technologies and their impact on users.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma and Sketch for low
• and high-fidelity wireframes.
• Knowledge of research techniques (qualitative and quantitative).
• Experience with SQL.
