Mid-level UX/UI Analyst

Role Overview

• The team member will be responsible for mapping quality processes in the IDP, supporting the organization and continuous improvement of journeys.
• Will facilitate alignment between management and product teams, ensuring the integration of strategic requirements.
• Will also incorporate development journeys into the IDP platform.
• Additionally, will conduct user research to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Part of the role is to drive iterative cycles for evolving information architecture and interface design.
• Contributing to the creation of more intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Figma and FigJam will be used to carry out UX and UI activities.
• The Mosaik CMS, Microsoft 365 suite, and the Business Map management tool will also be used.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in engineering, design, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience using Figma.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Skills in high-fidelity prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
