Collect, organize, and analyze data from various HR sources, such as talent management systems, payroll, and others, to support people operations for Distribution Centers and Stores.
Develop reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and business areas, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to provide analyses and recommendations that support strategic decisions, such as workforce planning, compensation policies, and organizational development initiatives.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data by implementing data governance practices and correcting inconsistencies or errors in databases.
Perform descriptive analyses to understand the current situation, using historical data to identify trends and patterns. Additionally, conduct diagnostic analyses to investigate the underlying causes of observed issues or phenomena, providing detailed insights that help explain why certain trends occur.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields);
Proven solid experience in HR data analysis;
Demonstrated experience in People Analytics, with advanced use of Power BI and Power Automate.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights;
Practical knowledge of Python or R, especially for data manipulation, automations, and statistical analyses.
Preferable experience with personnel costs and budgeting; degree in Economics, Accounting, or related fields is a plus.
Preferable experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
