Oversee the full development of Tenda projects through schedule control, coordination with designers, approvals from utilities and other competent authorities, ensuring smooth progress of construction and securing the supply of materials required for contracts with the financial agent;
Monitor project deliverables for Tenda construction sites to ensure timely delivery;
Critically analyze designs to propose and implement improvements in project concepts;
Liaise with designers to align project expectations;
Respond to project-related queries from construction sites via site visits, phone calls, and email to support smooth execution;
Develop designs and follow approvals with utilities and other public agencies for project launches;
Prepare budgets for contracting project launches with financial institutions.
