Role Overview
- Review and validate deals across new business, renewals, and pricing changes
- Ensure accuracy of Salesforce (CPQ) data and contractual alignment
- Perform ARR and contract reconciliation prior to deal approval
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Revenue/Billing, and Finance teams
- Approve, query, or reject opportunities with clear rationale
- Support month-end activities, reporting, and financial analysis
- Act as a senior escalation point, mentoring junior team members and helping manage workload
Requirements
✅ Essentials
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
- Solid understanding of finance or revenue operations principles
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven experience reviewing contracts and performing reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis, data validation)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Deal Desk environments
- Exposure to SaaS contracts (ARR, MRR, renewals, pricing models)
- Background in data analysis or reporting
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced commercial environment
