Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and networking to identify new partners
Maintain daily outreach activity including 80–100 outbound calls while building relationships with nonprofits, schools, and libraries
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
Build strong relationships, conduct account check-ins, and identify opportunities for growth and referrals
Ensure a positive partner experience throughout the sales and onboarding process
Address questions or issues quickly and gather feedback to improve service delivery
Guide partners through onboarding and help them maximize the value of Mission Telecom’s services
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service needs
Represent Mission Telecom at conferences and industry events to build relationships and expand awareness
Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems such as Salesforce
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, relationship management, fundraising, or community engagement
Comfortable conducting 80–100 outbound calls daily and proactively generating new partnership opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility
Self-motivated with strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
Passion for supporting nonprofits, schools, libraries, and mission-driven organizations
Experience using business technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, or comparable systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
