Coordinate and support delivery across the technology portfolio and project workstreams
Administer and enhance the Technology Portfolio Management Tool
Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations
Implement and embed PMO standards, governance, and best practices
Drive consistency and standardisation across projects
Support resource planning, capacity, and delivery efficiency
Track progress, risks, actions, and deliverables
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Manage individual projects or work items as required
Deputise for the PMO workstream lead when needed
Requirements
Strong understanding of PMO and portfolio management
Relevant project management experience
Experience working with third-party suppliers
Knowledge of agile delivery methods and ceremonies
Good technical and IT knowledge
Confident communicator with senior stakeholder exposure
Detail-oriented and risk-aware
Proactive and solutions-focused
Practical and delivery-minded
Clear, structured, and concise in approach
