Role Overview
- Own the overall health and strategic direction of the business unit across multiple European markets
- Provide full team leadership across markets and workstreams
- Protect and manage P&L performance, ensuring margin control and financial accuracy
- Enforce procurement governance and structured savings validation processes
- Drive harmonisation and simplification across markets to improve efficiency and consistency
- Lead high-level stakeholder engagement, building trusted senior relationships
- Ensure proactive, insight-led reporting and performance management
- Identify risk early and implement mitigation strategies
- Align supply chain, commercial, and operational functions to deliver seamless retail activation
- Champion governance integrity, compliance, and operational discipline
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience within FMCG, retail activation, POSM, or marketing execution environments
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-market accounts
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong financial acumen
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Experience navigating complex procurement structures and governance models
- Senior-level stakeholder management experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
