Act as the primary onsite PM and Owner's Rep for a portfolio of construction, facilities, and infrastructure projects with an aggregate value ranging from $50M to $100M
Serve as a senior advisor to Government stakeholders and accountable for project execution, risk management, schedule performance, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of program objectives
Conduct site evaluations, field investigations, constructability reviews, and technical assessments
Support project planning activities including scope development and acquisition planning
Review studies, reports, plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure alignment with project objectives
Maintain and analyze project performance data using various tools
Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and schedules
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field
15 years of relevant experience; OR 20 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree
Demonstrated experience managing complex construction, facilities, infrastructure, or asset management programs valued between $50M and $100M
Experience supporting project lifecycle activities from planning and design through construction, commissioning, turnover, operations, and sustainment
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Maximo, Excel, and web-based project management systems
Experience with Microsoft Project and P6 software
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (HSPD-12) clearance.
