Provide support to working groups on Packaging Reduction (notably on working groups for virtual lots and water): assist in creating and following up on workshops with market players (brand owners).
Prepare and participate in various governance bodies: workshops, steering committees (COPIL), internal meetings, etc.
Formalize dedicated materials: presentation decks, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
Support the monitoring of calls for projects (project funding): administrative follow-up of applications, pre-selection summaries, contractualization, etc.
Launch and follow up projects with awarded partners: organize meetings, participate in exchanges, and support project coordination.
Provide subject-matter input on the tool developed by our IT project team; prepare and compile data to populate the tool.
Structure the Reduction team’s knowledge within Citeo’s knowledge management tool.
Requirements
You are a student in an engineering school, business school or public affairs institute (IEP), specializing in project management, environment, materials, industrial processes, CSR, or you have a strong interest in sustainable development and packaging end-of-life issues.
You have knowledge of packaging and materials.
