Proven track record of conducting customer research (qualitative interviews, surveys, focus groups) and translating findings into actionable GTM strategy
Experience developing GTM strategies for new products or segments in a B2B SaaS context — including ICP definition, messaging development, and launch execution
Strong analytical mindset: you’re comfortable working with data to size opportunities, evaluate performance, and make recommendations
AI-first working style: you actively use AI tools (LLMs, research assistants, automation) to accelerate synthesis, improve output quality, and do more with less
Comfortable operating without complete resource allocation — able to build cross-functional coalitions, earn trust quickly, and pull in what you need without formal authority
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you write crisp briefs, tight decks, and compelling narratives for both executive and sales audiences
Comfortable operating independently in an ambiguous environment with shifting priorities; you’re scrappy by default and able to move fast without sacrificing quality
Bonus: experience marketing AI products with voice or conversational interfaces, or comparable emerging-tech product marketing at an early-stage company or within a 0→1 product inside a larger one.
