Monitor and track the execution of operational activities related to equipment maintenance.
Develop, update and analyze management reports, dashboards and performance indicators.
Consolidate operational information from different databases.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identifying deviations, trends and operational risks.
Perform productivity, efficiency and operational capacity analyses.
Identify bottlenecks, process failures and continuous improvement opportunities.
Prepare action plans to correct deviations and optimize operational flows.
Support leadership in decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Participate in results follow-up meetings and present performance indicators.
Ensure the reliability and integrity of information used in operational management.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Process Management or related fields.
Previous experience in process analysis, operational management or performance indicator management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and management reports.
Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs and operational indicators.
Analytical capacity to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
Experience preparing executive presentations.
Ability to interact effectively with different departments and hierarchical levels.
