Map, select and cultivate relationships with influencers, creators, UGC contributors, experts, celebrities and brand ambassadors aligned with the brands;
Plan and execute influencer strategies for launches, campaigns, activations, events and seasonal promotions;
Negotiate paid partnerships, barter/product exchanges, product-for-post collaborations and long-term contracts;
Support negotiations and activations involving celebrities and ambassadors;
Develop influencer briefings, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, tone of voice and campaign objectives;
Track schedules, approvals, deliverables, posts and reposts;
Organize the distribution of press kits, product seedings and special relationship initiatives;
Work in partnership with Marketing, Social Media, Events and PR teams on the planning and execution of campaigns;
Develop relationship programs for ambassadors and strategic creators;
Maintain close coordination with external partners and the PR agency to identify opportunities and special activations;
Monitor trends, formats, emerging creators and relevant movements on social media;
Track KPIs and campaign results, consolidating learnings and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Digital PR, Social Media or related areas;
Experience managing relationships and negotiating with influencers and creators;
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Meta platforms and social media metrics;
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously;
Strong organizational skills for managing timelines, deliverables and performance tracking;
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Proactive, organized and comfortable building relationships;
Experience with beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, fashion or lifestyle brands;
Experience with PR activities, press relations or managing relationships with celebrities;
Experience with ambassador programs and creator communities;
Familiarity with Influencer Marketing platforms;
Knowledge of influencer and social media metrics analysis.
