Support day-to-day IT operations, user support, CRM administration, SaaS tools, and the technical support of WordPress websites.
Serve as a first-line support contact for WordPress website requests, escalating complex issues as needed.
Support WordPress administration, including users, permissions, access, plugins, themes, and basic configuration.
Assist with website-related technical support, including hosting, DNS, SSL, domains, backups, staging environments, uptime monitoring, security updates, and deployment coordination.
Provide internal helpdesk support, troubleshooting, and escalation support.
Assist with workstation setup, equipment coordination, hardware tracking, and basic device provisioning.
Create and maintain clear SOPs, checklists, and knowledge base articles.

Required experience in IT support, systems administration, technical support, or a similar role.
1+ year of hands-on WordPress experience.
Working knowledge of WordPress administration and common website technical issues.
Basic understanding of hosting, DNS, SSL, domains, backups, staging environments, and website infrastructure.
Experience with user access management, SaaS administration, MFA, and basic security best practices.
Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Strong documentation, organization, troubleshooting, and follow-through skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, franchise partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
