About this role
Role Overview
- Own and manage a core client digital platform, shaping its vision, roadmap and feature development.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, translating business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with clients, internal teams and third parties to gather, refine and prioritise requirements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and align business, technical and delivery teams across scope, priorities and timelines for delivery.
- Apply an innovative and rigorous analytical approach to identify issues, define root causes, and deliver effective solutions quickly.
- Collaborate daily with developers, designers and QA teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot technical problems, and drive continuous improvement of the platform.
- Support delivery across the full lifecycle, including planning, estimation, budget tracking and governance, delivery tracking and release activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing digital products/platforms.
- Experience working with complex open-source web development projects/platforms, specifically Drupal.
- Expertise in WCAG, GDS, GDPR, privacy and Security compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to apply a rigorous analytical approach to identify issues and deliver solutions quickly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Track record of strong client and colleague relationships.
