Own and manage a core client digital platform, shaping its vision, roadmap and feature development.
Prioritise and manage the product backlog, translating business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with clients, internal teams and third parties to gather, refine and prioritise requirements.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and align business, technical and delivery teams across scope, priorities and timelines for delivery.
Apply an innovative and rigorous analytical approach to identify issues, define root causes, and deliver effective solutions quickly.
Collaborate daily with developers, designers and QA teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot technical problems, and drive continuous improvement of the platform.
Support delivery across the full lifecycle, including planning, estimation, budget tracking and governance, delivery tracking and release activities.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing digital products/platforms.
Experience working with complex open-source web development projects/platforms, specifically Drupal.
Expertise in WCAG, GDS, GDPR, privacy and Security compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to apply a rigorous analytical approach to identify issues and deliver solutions quickly.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Track record of strong client and colleague relationships.
