Identify and convert new market opportunities into long-term sustainable revenue growth
Lead pricing and contract negotiations
Apply expert price negotiation skills and develop effective price strategies to ensure optimal value for both the company and our valued customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations and channel partners
Plan and co-ordinate lab/production-scale trials at customer sites, supported by regional Technical Application Specialists
Translate customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and customer loyalty
Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps and plans for key accounts and distributors, aligning closely with global, regional and local strategies
Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business goals
Identify unmet customer and market needs, proactively creating opportunities to fuel pipeline growth and targets
Collaborate across functions (supply chain, customer service, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent IFF H&B at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership

You have a minimum of 3 years working experience
You are fluent in English language and have a valid driving license
You are a professional with a Dairy technology background having a solid practical understanding and experiences with Dairy enzymes
You are customer centric and open-minded
Strong communications & negotiation skills in English (desirable another language)
Open personality with an agile, flexible approach
