Responsible for Engineering associated with the manufacturing process
Develop an operational year plan for manufacturing activities
Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures
Identify automation solutions across manufacturing plants
Build business cases for approval
Deploy solutions that improve operational efficiency
Enhance decision-making through the use of advanced technologies
Design and implement automation solutions for production lines and assembly systems
Develop and maintain PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
Support automation with MES and ERP systems
Standardize and scale automation solutions across multiple production sites
Identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation
Create automation roadmap and build business cases for funding
Connect shop-floor equipment for real-time data acquisition
Develop data pipelines between machines, MES, and cloud platforms
Create dashboards and monitoring solutions to ensure interoperability between legacy and modern digital systems

Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in PLC, SCADA)
Have strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
