Lead and develop a high-quality College and Career Counseling program for students in Grades 6–12.
Provide individual college, career, and post-secondary planning guidance to students and families.
Support students through all stages of the college application process, including college selection, essays, applications, deadlines, and admissions requirements.
Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication, workshops, webinars, and guidance on admissions, testing, scholarships, and financial aid.
Develop and deliver college readiness programming, including workshops, events, and resources for students across all grade levels.
Requirements
A Master's degree in School Counseling, Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years' experience in college, career, and post-secondary destination counseling within a school setting.
Experience in an independent, private, or high-performing secondary school environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of college admissions processes, career pathways, and post-secondary planning.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills.
A self-starter mindset with the ambition and initiative to build and continually enhance a best-in-class counseling program.
