Role Overview

• Build processes that support business operations
• Produce a value stream showing demand and issues with delivery for each step of the Value Stream
• Improve turnaround time at every step, even with upstream partners
• Train others on defined processes

Requirements

• Black Belt or Master Black Belt
• Strong PM Skills to accompany the process skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and drive the work
• Experience with Implementation of Metrics
• Experience with Implementation of Quality Controls
• Ability to facilitate root cause analysis based on metrics & through anecdotal discussion
• Facilitate and manage implementation of fixes
• Produce Standard Six Sigma Outputs: Process Mapping of Current/Future State with Gap Analysis
