Troubleshoot and repair custom automation and OEM manufacturing equipment supporting the Water manufacturing line of business
Perform maintenance on high tech mechanical systems including robotics, pick and place, and cam driven equipment
Disassemble, repair and reassemble complex mechanical assemblies
Perform technical evaluation of events to determine root cause and recommend corrective action
Compile and analyze engineering data, patterns and other information and draws conclusions
Build, manage and maintain an organized inventory management system using a CMMS
Monitor and inspect completed and in-process work
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree in a technical (mechanical/electrical) or relevant discipline preferred
Equivalent military background including technical experience and training desirable
Solid technical background and experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and process improvement skills on automated manufacturing and process control equipment
Strong preventive maintenance knowledge and experience
5+ years of experience working in a technical capacity preferred
