Support and advise clinical staff in the operating room (OR), intensive care units (ICUs), and specialty departments
Actively support our Account Managers in meetings and projects
Train clinical users and support product evaluations/testing
Identify opportunities and cross-selling potential
Build long-term relationships with nursing staff, medical teams and procurement
Act as a sparring partner for customers and internal teams
Represent Medline at conferences and events
Work in a structured way, including CRM documentation and market monitoring

Completed nursing or medical training (ideally with OR experience)
Several years of experience in the operating room or comparable clinical settings
Enjoy sharing knowledge and persuading others
Structured and independent working style
Strong communication skills and professional appearance
Curiosity, willingness to learn and interest in sales
Very good German and good English skills
Driving licence and willingness to travel
