- You become ALB's point of reference for your area.
- Development: Identify and bring new properties under management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
- Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Freedom: Organize your own time and work from wherever you want (partial remote / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasiveness: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and to do things well is what matters.
- Autonomous: You want flexibility in your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
