City Manager, Real Estate

Role Overview

• You will become ALB's point of contact for your area.
• Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
• Operations: Manage your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, relations with owners and guests).
• Freedom: Organize your time and work from where you want (partial remote / field work).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and to do a great job is what matters.
• Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
