You will be ALB’s local point of contact for your area.
Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (Apartments, Houses, Villas, Chalets, atypical or unique accommodations).
Oversight: Manage your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
Flexibility: Organize your schedule and work from where you want (partial remote / field work).
Requirements
Strong persuasion skills: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field, your willingness to learn and deliver quality work matters most.
Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
