Business Development Representative – Concierge Services

Role Overview

• You will be ALB's point of contact in your territory.
• Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical and unique accommodations...).
• Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
• Flexibility: Organize your own schedule and work from where you want (partial remote / field work).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — what matters is your willingness to learn and deliver great results.
• Autonomous: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a strong organization with proven processes.
