Lead end-to-end implementations of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions (ESP, DSP, IO, OP, S&OP/IBP, Production Planning, Supply Planning)
Architect scalable, high-performance planning solutions aligned with customer business objectives and industry best practices
Drive solution lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration, SIT/UAT, Go-live, and Hypercare
Provide thought leadership on supply chain transformation initiatives and AI-enabled planning journeys
Mentor consultants and guide implementation teams across functional and solution architecture areas
Support integration with ERP, APS, MES, WMS, TMS, Data Lakes, and Cloud platforms.

10+ years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning implementations and consulting
Proven expertise in Blue Yonder ESP, DSP, IO, OP, and advanced planning solutions
Experience with other platforms (Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO/IBP, Oracle SCP) is an advantage
Strong domain expertise across industries such as CPG, Hi-Tech, Automotive, Process Manufacturing, and Industrial Manufacturing
Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
Technical exposure to SQL, Python, Oracle, Snowflake, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and BY Data Cloud
Understanding of AI/ML-driven planning, intelligent forecasting, and Agentic AI accelerators
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; APICS or supply chain certifications preferred
Ability to independently lead customer discussions, architect scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business value.
