Provides internal customer communication and project leadership in support of respective platform activities
Identify regional business requirements and priorities to support and deliver programs across all business units
Execute deployments of technology into EMEA region
Ensure operational support and SLA achievement of technologies and programs
Identify and implement continuous improvement and best practices
Improve workflows/resources and adhering to project deadlines
Reviewing of provided reports and cost analysis, clarifications especially in case of deviations and monitoring of solutions
Actively works with suppliers, IT Procurement incl. contract negotiations, other internal departments
Continuous work on savings opportunities
Assists in trouble reporting, escalation and resolution
Creates and maintains process documentation
Coordinate and conduct training on best practices and policies; educates end user base on reports and tools available for cost savings and business value of respective
Maintains contact with internal clients to ensure proper operation and client satisfaction
Maintains an understanding of current and emerging technologies in respective Platform
