Assist in analyzing business requirements and creating specifications for IT projects.
Support the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s needs and banking standards.
Work closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and business units to align processes with ITIL best practices.
Participate in testing and validating software applications and systems integrations.
Contribute to documentation efforts, including workflows, procedures, guidelines, user manuals and training materials.
Participate in the analysis of processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and improvement leveraging the use IT Governance tools to improve process efficiency.
Work closely with senior consultants and team members to develop project plans and timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
Previous internship or project experience in IT consulting or the banking sector is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in technology.
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Additionally, preferred qualifications include:
Basic understanding of ΙTIL framework.
Familiarity with banking systems and technologies.
Familiarity with ISO standards.
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., SMAX, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) will be an advantage.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Professional qualifications such as ITIL, BPMN or Prince 2 will be considered a plus.
