Epiq is a company that contributes to complex, global legal outcomes and is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of settlement and claims administration matters. The role focuses on day-to-day execution, coordination, and client service in a regulated environment, working closely with Project Managers and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Project Managers on active settlement and claims administration matters
- Coordinate daily project tasks and track progress against court‑driven deadlines
- Translate client and court requirements into clear operational work requests
- Assist with client communications, status updates, and routine inquiries
- Review, prepare, and manage client data for intake, reporting, and deliverables
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
- Proactively escalate risks or issues and support resolution
- Contribute to process improvements and cross‑team collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client services, operations, or professional services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline‑driven environment
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in legal services, financial services, claims administration, or other regulated environments
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reports (Excel experience a plus)
