Strong in ServiceNow experience with hands-on design & deployment experience
IT service management solution implementation experience
Knowledge of each client's situation
Expertise in developing and presenting business case material
Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements
Proficient in front end and/or backend technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.)
Lead developer for a variety of clients across a wide range of applications
Client interaction to discuss outstanding items
Coach, and mentor co-workers on technical and procedural items
Analyse and troubleshoot to demonstrate technical and professional skill sets
Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events
