Join Qonto as Head of Business Development Central Europe and make Qonto the go-to financial management solution in Germany and adjacent markets through a high-impact Go-to-Market strategy across Business Development, Partnerships and Affiliates.
Build and steer a portfolio of strategic partnerships (Tax Advisors/Accountants, Tech & Product integrations, Financing/Insurance, Affiliates and channel partners), while leading and scaling the Business Development / Sales & Partnerships teams.
Create a step change in how partnership-related business models generate and influence revenue.
Expand and professionalize the ecosystem (tiering, incentives, enablement, governance).
Bring senior leadership and representation for Qonto in Germany and Central Europe.
Requirements
Proven leadership building and managing high-performing teams in Partnerships, Business Development and/or Sales in Germany
Strategic partner expertise: track record of 0→1 and scaling B2B2SME partnerships in Germany (Fintech/SaaS/Accounting/ regulated environment strongly valued)
Executive presence & negotiation skills: comfortable influencing and closing at C-level; able to craft decision-driving decks and narratives
Business ownership (“General Manager”): able to own goals, budgets, prioritization and execution for key business models across multiple stakeholders; data-driven and impact-oriented
Product/tech fluency: enough API/integration understanding to lead technical partnerships with Product/Tech (Accounting/DATEV or E-Commerce ecosystem is a strong plus)
Language & location: fluent in German and English; based in Berlin
