Develop an automation pipeline to support the CI/CD process with integrated security gates, automated vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks
Deploy and monitor the infrastructure of our services on various cloud platforms
Lead initiatives for upgrading the systems to improve security posture, availability, reliability, and performance through proactive threat assessment and remediation
Collaborate with security teams to implement security policies as code and recommend process improvements for both operational efficiency and security compliance
Evaluate new technology options and vendor products with security risk assessment and compliance validation
Requirements
Minimum of 10 yrs of relevant professional experience in Systems Engineering or Software Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or a Senior Technical Lead, with a focus on cloud-native development or platform engineering.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, containerization, and systems (e.g., Linux Kernel, Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
