A seasoned design leader. You bring 9+ years in Product Design, and at least 3+ years leading and managing design teams.
You have led multi-disciplinary design teams in a fast-scaling tech environment.
You know how to build organisations, not just manage them
and you bring a clear point of view on what great design leadership looks like.
AI-native accelerator. You stay up to date with the latest innovations in AI Product Design.
You're fluent in generative design tools, use AI to accelerate your teams workflows, and bring genuine optimism and curiosity about where the technology is headed.
A systems thinker. You see the whole product ecosystem, not just individual screens.
You care deeply about design systems, coherence across touchpoints, and the long-term craft infrastructure that lets teams move fast without breaking quality.
A strong communicator and collaborator. You can align a room of engineers, product managers, and executives around a design vision.
You're comfortable with ambiguity, direct in your feedback, and generous with your thinking.
