Lead the Strategy: Drive complex probate litigation, including non-contested and contested guardianships, conservatorships, and trust disputes.
Command the Courtroom: Represent clients in Texas probate courts with confidence and clarity during will contests and breaches of fiduciary duty.
Litigate & Draft with Excellence: Conduct thorough legal research, handle depositions and mediations, and approve or draft elite, comprehensive estate plans.
Provide Expert Counsel: Help clients navigate wealth preservation and their toughest family transitions with results-driven, compassionate representation.
Requirements
The Credentials: J.D. and an active license in good standing with the Texas State Bar (Licensed in TX for at least 2+ years).
The Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters (4+ years preferred).
The Skillset: A fearless presence in the courtroom for contested matters and a sharp analytical eye for drafting trusts and wills.
The Tech: Proficient in TXdocs, Clio, and modern e-filing systems.
