Lead the planning and delivery of marketing, brand and communications activity
Planning and executing integrated marketing and growth campaigns, defining objectives, audiences, messaging and channels
Delivering hands-on marketing across digital channels, including content, social media, website management, CRM and events
Commissioning, editing and amplifying thought leadership and content, including blogs, newsletters, case studies and reports
Drafting external communications such as trade press releases announcing client wins, senior hires and key updates
Support new business activity through pitches, proposals and relevant marketing materials
Ensuring consistent brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards across all communications, providing guidance and templates to colleagues
Managing the marketing budget and external suppliers to ensure effective and efficient delivery
Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, including website, social, event and campaign analytics
Overseeing website management (CMS, content publishing, basic SEO and analytics) and digital/social activity
Owning CRM management to support campaigns, events, pipeline tracking and engagement
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior marketing/ marketing management role within a professional services, B2B environment; experience in corporate communications is highly desirable
Strong track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including content, social, CRM, and events
Experience producing and amplifying high-quality content and thought leadership
Confident communicator, with the ability to draft compelling external communications and influence senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of brand management, with the ability to maintain consistency across channels and outputs
Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, suppliers and delivering measurable results
Data-driven, with the ability to track performance, generate insight and optimise activity
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience of leading and developing individuals or small teams
