Role Overview
What You’ll do
Account & Partnership Management
- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned partner accounts
- Drive high levels of partner satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Deliver partner-facing initiatives and ensure successful implementation of programs
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making
Business Development
- Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers across banking and financial institutions
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with growth strategies
- Contribute to pipeline development and expansion of financial inclusion initiatives
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and report on account performance, program execution, and impact metrics
- Provide insights on funding utilization and forecast progress against plans
- Support data-driven decision-making across internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What Makes you a great fit
- **Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience **
- **5+ years of experience in account management and business development, preferably in: **
· Banking or financial institutions
· Microfinance or MSME lending
· Financial inclusion or infrastructure financing (water/sanitation a plus)
- **Proven success in growing accounts and managing complex partnerships **
- Strong command of written and spoken English
**Travel Requirement **
- Up to 25% of domestic and international travel.
Being authorized to work in the country posted is a precondition of employment.
