Role Overview
- Prepare and review appellate filings and answers/defenses.
Requirements
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Active CNPJ for engagement under the PJ (legal entity/independent contractor) model;
- Knowledge of Civil Law, especially matters related to payroll-deductible loans (consigned loans);
- Familiarity with electronic case management systems such as PJe, ESAJ, Projudi, among others.
