Plan and monitor the project schedule and overall project plan;
Prepare and track project status reports and the project risk plan;
Oversee Salesforce workstreams, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment;
Monitor dependencies with internal teams, vendors, and partners;
Support project governance rituals and executive communication;
Contribute to change control and follow-up on deliverables;
Ensure adherence to scope, deadlines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria;

Experience in project management within corporate environments;
Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects or enterprise CRM platforms;
Experience with projects involving Service Cloud, integrations, and data migration;
Knowledge of agile methodologies and hybrid governance models;
Experience with backlog management;
Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Kanban;
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders;
Project management knowledge applied to CRM/Salesforce;
Previous experience in a Core Banking environment or the financial services sector (preferred).
