Provide direct support to attorneys in the Litigation, Corporate, and Public Law practices
Provide global team support across a variety of administrative responsibilities
Assist lawyers with client intake activities, including processing conflicts of interest
Monitor attorneys' time entries to ensure compliance with firm standards
Prepare, edit, and post client invoices, ensuring compliance with firm and client billing requirements
Follow assigned attorneys' preferences to handle expense reimbursements, calendaring and scheduling, document management/edits, and travel arrangements
Maintain the confidentiality of firm and client-protected information
Work in a global team environment using a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow)

Relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably in a law firm
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred
