Own and grow existing contribution products
Define and communicate a product strategy
Build executive alignment on new bets
Drive cross-functional alignment
Conduct competitive analysis and user research
Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and research to ship high-quality products

Ideally 8 years of experience in senior product roles
Marketplace experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to take a product from zero to one: identifying an opportunity, validating it, shipping it, and scaling it
Experience balancing a portfolio of products at different maturity stages, from early-stage incubation to growth optimization
Strong analytical skills
Comfort with ambiguity
Excellent executive communication
Understanding of how individual products impact broader platform metrics
A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent work experience is required.
